Development of the Bridge Building Team Building Activity
- The activity begins by dividing participants into homogeneous work groups. Each participating team will then receive a blueprint of their assigned bridge section or construction, along with all the materials needed to complete the build.
- Each team will have a designated space to organize through team building aspects such as construction measurements, task and work delegation, and the correct placement of the structure.
- Once all bridge sections are completed, each team must connect their part with the other participating teams in the team building event. The show effect created by seeing the complete bridge, with all participants crossing it entirely, is an unparalleled moment.
- The materials provided for the bridge will be limited for each team building activity. Teams will need to delegate tasks and manage time effectively, as all participants will construct the bridges simultaneously.
